As a 30 years vegan, I was mistakenly given the body of a chicken to go instead of the tofu chicken. When I told the owner, Jeff, he immediately apologized, took the wrong order and corrected the order himself. The character of a man is how he deals with mistakes. I eat here almost everyday during big E. The vegan food options are the most incredible and amazing. I recommend the meat balls.

This place was truly a nice find while driving through Connecticut. I highly recommend this place in the staff were super friendly and sat us right away even though we didn't have reservations! They made a quick trip through the state a welcome place. Definitely excellent food and staff. The atmosphere of this restaurant was very quaint and we love the little fireplace too.

First time diners tonight...will be back very soon! The food was delicious & nicely presented. Service was attentive and the atmosphere was very nice. We had the opportunity to meet the owner/chef Jeffrey Daigneau who clearly takes great pride in his establishment! We took home some tiramisu for later....by far the very best tiramisu we have ever had anywhere! We plan on going back in a few days to sample more of the menu. Highly recommend!

We were a walk-in traveling through and decided to stop because of the good reviews. We were greeted very nicely at the door and helped right away. Our service/server Elijah C was wonderful, very attentive and friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The food was excellent, I had the tenderloins and it was cooked perfectly, my cocktail "the dirty" was great. Such a lovely experience and ambiance. The desert and port "Taylor 10 years" and Carrot cake was the perfect finish. Bathrooms were clean. Overall great dining experience!

Took the hubby here for dinner for his birthday. First time visiting after some recommendations from friends. The actual restaurant has a great ambiance. The food was delicious & very flavorful. Our server was great; she made sure to have a candle & 'happy birthday' written on the plate for our dessert, nice personal touch for my hubby's birthday. I do recommend & will plan to visit in the near future.

The night in this case was a "game night" which was five courses including dessert (they say six but they in reality have five & I got photos of all). Last time it was done was in '13 & in here WAY better than previous one & seems to still be filling me.

Lattitude in West Springfield for lunch - what a treat. The calamari appetizer was prepared with shishito peppers and garbanzo beans. Best calamari I have had in quite some time. The beef brisket was served with broccoli rabe and bbq sauce. I had them hold the red onion. My husband had the Cuban which was porchetta and ham. Both were fantastic. Combined with the ambiance and great service Lattitude deserves 5 stars!
